Travel Costs (Beyond 5 Hours Drive)

✈ Flight Included for out-of-state travel
🏨 One-night lodging covered
🚗 Rental car (if necessary)

📍 One Camera Retainer Fee: +Add $500 per game for flights/lodging 

• Equipment & Crew: One primary camera is managed by a lead videographer. 
• Travel Logistics:
  • Round-trip flights.
  • One-night hotel accommodation.
  • Rental car for equipment if needed.

🎥 Multi-Game Discount: 3-game package – $1,300 (Save $200)

📍 Two Camera Retainer Fee: +Add $750 per game for flights/lodging; if there is more to pay after a retainer fee, the client may need to pay an additional amount to cover the cost. We will make sure to keep costs affordable during the process.  

• Equipment & Crew: A lead videographer and an assistant man two cameras.
• Travel Logistics:
  • Round-trip flights for both crew members.
  • One-night hotel accommodation.
  • Rental car for equipment and crew transport.

🎥 Multi-Game Discount: 3-game package – $2,050 (Save $200)

📍 Three Camera Retainer Fee: +Add $1200 per game for flights/lodging; if there is more to pay after a retainer fee, the client may need to pay an additional amount to cover the cost. We will make sure to keep costs affordable during the process.

• Travel Logistics:
  • Round-trip flights for both crew members.
  • One-night hotel accommodation.
  • Rental car for equipment and crew transport.

Extended Travel & Multi-Day Events
